What to Expect at a Class
About the classes
The meditation classes explain Buddhist meditation, ideas, and practice. They comprise of a simple guided meditation, a teaching on how to solve problems in daily life and a further meditation followed by a chance to ask questions. Everyone is welcome. The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught.
