Meditation is the heart of Buddhist practice. Kadampa Buddhists meditate throughout the day, whether informally during all our daily activities or in formal sessions, or both.
Every day at Vajrayana Buddhist Centre regular chanted prayer and meditation sessions, or ‘pujas’ are held, combining meditation, visualisation, and recitation of prayers and mantras.
Many of these sessions are open to the public, and admission is free.
Please note: times may vary for puja's, so please phone to confirm before attanding.
Please use the link on the right for details and contact us if you have any questions about the sessions.
