Each
class consists of a gentle breathing meditation and a short talk
about an aspect of buddhist philosophy. The classes focus on very
practical ways to reduce stress and develop a more positive
outlook in our daily life.
They are equally suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of meditation.
Classes
usually last between an hour to an hour and a half with time for
questions and reflections at the end. The classes have a relaxed and
friendly atmosphere and there are light refreshments available.
